Training
I have been working out seriously for the last 4 years at the level of an
amateur/intermediate bodybuilder (no drugs whatsoever!).I have changed a number of training routines. Some of the ones I have used you
can download here...
Diet
My diet has overall not been very strict, although it has been quite
disciplined at than at times, and I have been
having 6 meals a day and a high protein intake for almost all the time. My carb
intake usually comes from oats, such as Weetabix or plain porridge oats. I also
eat a lot of pasta or rice. My protein intake comes mainly from skimmed milk,
egg whites and chicken. I usually use the following supplements:
- Multivitamin supplement
- Vitamin B complex
- Vitamin C
- Flaxseed oil or Cod liver oil
- Whey protein powder
- Sometimes Creatine
