About my guitar interests

Electric guitar has been my thing for 4 years. I used to play an Ibanez RG505 on a small Peavey amp. I have been playing in bands for 5 years, where I used to sing and play lead & rhythm guitar. My first band was called "������ �������" (i.e. "Seventh sense" translated), as far as I remember, because I was only 17 at the time! I also formed another band with friends from school to play in a live concert in ��������, a cental suburb close to the centre of Athens. That was the biggest concert of all, with around 1000 people audience! (unfortunately not all particularly our own fans).

A while after that concert I decided to sell my electric guitar for a motorbike (which I never got) :(
In the mean time I formed another band where I used to sing. We used to play classic rock songs from bands like Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Rory Gallagher, the Who, the Doors and Iggy Pop. I must say it has been quite challenging to sing with the voice of Robert Plant, but I reckon I did quite well!!

This year I got an Ibanez acoustic guitar as a present.... but it needs repairing after an accident... I blame the drink!

My songbook

I have made a book with songs that I play and sing on acoustic guitar, which contains many popular, new and old, songs that can be played with an acoustic guitar, including lyrics, chords, and in some cases, tablature too. It also contains a list of the most popular chords at the beginning. Lucky you, you can download it!

Here are some samples of me singing and playing my acoustic guitar. Quality is not perfect, and they were recorded with a single microphone for fun! There is also a song I made a few years ago, that does not involve guitar. It is a trance song made with FastTracker, a quite  old tracker that was handy at the time!
